4th Cavalry, (64th Regiment), Third State Color. The 4th cavalry was organized in August, September, and October 1861, and was composed of men from Northampton, Allegheny, Westmoreland, Allegheny, Lebanon, Venango, and Luzerne counties. The 4th cavalry was mustered out of service on July 1, 1865. The third state standard was completed in late April 1865 and was still at the State Agency in Washington in April 1866.

4th Cavalry, (64th Regiment), State Standard. The 4th cavalry was organized in August, September, and October 1861, and was composed of men from Northampton, Allegheny, Westmoreland, Lebanon, Venango, and Luzerne counties. The regiment received their first state standard on February 15, 1862. The color was retired from service in November 1863 when the regiment received a replacement. The 4th cavalry was mustered out of service on July 1, 1865.

The 4th cavalry was organized in August, September, and October 1861, and was composed of men from Northampton, Allegheny, Westmoreland, Lebanon, Venango, and Luzerne counties. In November 1863 the regiment received a second state standard. The regiment carried this flag until it was mustered out of service on July 1, 1865.
